After leaving a large organization where she was responsible for the care of more than 3,300 seniors each day, Beth decided to serve the community where she lives. Her goal for the business is to help<br \/>\n              people stay as independent as possible at home. A tireless advocate for seniors, Beth played a critical role in the passage of the Aging in Place Bill (SB178), which permits communities to provide additional services to seniors in a<br \/>\n              setting of their choice as well as HB 486 which permits the training of proxy caregivers under the training of RN&#8217;s to assist with the management of health maintenance tasks in the home, such as feeding tubes, lowering the cost of care.\n              Beth was named the 2014 GNFCC Health Wellness Champion, the 2013 Georgia Small Business Person of the Year, the North Fulton Small Business Person of the Year for 2012 and was given the Beth Cayce Leadership Award from Georgia Senior<br \/>\n              Living for her life&#8217;s contribution to Senior Care. His introduction to senior living came through the therapy and rehabilitation field, and during his 20-year career in the<br \/>\n              industry, he&#8217;s gained experience in the healthcare industry in ancillary care services, acquisition and mergers, corporate development, and multi-state portfolio management. He has a talent for proactively identifying value creation<br \/>\n              opportunities through established KPI&#8217;s and KPM&#8217;s and deploying objectives to establish a cadence to expand margins with sustained results.\n              Mahon&#8217;s interest in service comes naturally, growing up in a military family and beginning his career in rehabilitative services. &#8220;With my parents working in the medical field and in Hospitals &#8211; I would put on a lab coat, put gloves in<br \/>\n              my pocket, and follow them around as they walked the floors. You would find me talking with the patients or pulling them out of their rooms to play cards and checkers.&#8221;\n              Mahon began his career in Georgia as an Activities Director and Rehabilitation Coordinator and beginning in 2000, he served as Executive Director and Area Operations Manager for CaraVita Senior Care. Following his work at CaraVita<br \/>\n              Senior Care, Mahon continued to excel in the field. She started at CaraVita in 2012 where her administrative experience helped develop and improve hiring and<br \/>\n              orientation processes within CaraVita Home Care and her background in storytelling and design has been used to help tell the CaraVita story and the stories of the residents at the facilities managed by CVSC, LLC. In the last two years,<br \/>\n              as the Director of Education and Communication, Elissa has worked to create meaningful learning experiences for CaraVita&#8217;s caregiving staff and families. She loves being able to build relationships with clients and staff and create<br \/>\n              welcoming environments where we can be challenged and grow in our knowledge base and interpersonal skills, as well as increase awareness of those living with dementia in her local community.\n              Her passion for intergenerational community where different age groups and stages of life can learn and grow from one another is not only reflected in her work life, but is something she pursues in her personal sphere, as well. I understand each day of life is a gift and a blessing.<br \/>\n              I also know that I can make a difference by partnering with families in their journey by listening and helping coordinate good in-home caregivers and support, so they can get the respite relief I know they need.\n              Amy &#8216;s background includes her experience as Executive Director at Woodland Ridge Senior Living, Resident Services Manager at two Senior Living communities and Vice President of Operations at CaraVita since 2006. Her background includes<br \/>\n              public service work for Charleston County as a detective and as a fraud investigator in the private sector. Amy is a graduate of Georgia Southern University, a graduate with honors from the South Carolina Law Enforcement Academy, and a<br \/>\n              member of the 2010 Leadership North Fulton class. Taking care of her own family through a variety of illnesses, diseases, and hospice care became the early foundation for her career in caregiving. My life&#8217;s work is dedicated to listening to them, helping them reflect on what is important in the process, and guiding them to<br \/>\n              appropriate resources. I count my work in counseling as a gift I can pass on and that is why being part of a family business that gives back is something I cherish. Laura Cayce serviced as an MSW with Manor Care in Austin for five<br \/>\n              years, Director of Marketing and Engagement at a local senior living community and joined CaraVita Home Care in 2010 to manage and direct the company&#8217;s caregiving initiatives. She is an Alzheimer&#8217;s Association support group facilitator,<br \/>\n              and a member of the National Association of Social Workers, the National Association of Professional Geriatric Care Manager, and the National Alzheimer&#8217;s Association. Additionally, she has served seniors and their family members in a<br \/>\n              variety of clinical settings, including hospitals, skilled nursing and rehabilitation facilities, assisted living communities, psychiatric hospitals, and home health organizations (both private and government sponsored) that provide<br \/>\n              programs for the elderly, disabled, and low-income populations.\n              A dedicated advocate to the senior community, Laura&#8217;s passion lies in her work with families and seniors during difficult life transitions, advising and guiding clients and their loved ones through the decision-making process. Laura and<br \/>\n              her caregiving team at CaraVita Home Care promote safety, self-determination, and independence for seniors. She seeks to help seniors and people with disabilities safely age in place within their homes, and guide them through the<br \/>\n              continuum of care. Laura earned her Master degree in Social Work with an emphasis on Gerontology from the University of Texas at Austin. Her technical skills in financial statement<br \/>\n              preparation, process development, and internal control for businesses provide a very valuable base of knowledge.\u00a0Ginny is\u00a0able to balance her attention to the company needs yet always finds time\u00a0 to cheerfully assist\u00a0 clients in<br \/>\n              researching their\u00a0statement, payments or insurance\u00a0coverage.\n<p>              Through her many years of experience with accounting systems and software, she is uniquely capable of bridging the gap between software and implementation needed to produce results.
