The caregivers assigned for my mother during her last stages of Alzheimer&#8217;s were exceptional, and the care that they provided far exceeded our expectations. Likewise, over the past year as my father has required assistance, we worked with CaraVita to find a male caregiver for him. CaraVita hit a &#8220;home run&#8221; with the first companion they assigned for Dad. This man &#8220;clicked&#8221; with Dad from the very beginning and has become as much a friend as a caregiver. He has been very flexible in adjusting his schedule to address Dad&#8217;s needs. We are working with CaraVita now to assign a backup for when Dad&#8217;s primary caregiver is on vacation, etc., and our hope is that they can &#8220;clone&#8221; the primary.
