Since the beginning of the COVID pandemic, CaraVita Home Care<\/strong><\/em> has been working hard to increase its vaccination levels to keep our staff, clients, and their families safer. We offered 50 infection control classes on immunization, provided educational materials and one-on-one counseling on COVID protocols. We held 3 community clinics with churches and the Roswell Rotary. We provided transportation to vaccination sites, and compensated staff to take time off to recover from side effects.<\/p>\r\n\r\n

Home Care Roswell GA – Boosting Immunizations<\/p><\/div>\r\n

<\/h4>\r\n

At the beginning of June 2021, we had a 45% staff vaccination rate. As such, we strategized on how best to boost this rate to 75% by the end of August 2021. We started a campaign to reward vaccinated care givers. We understand that people want to travel especially after not being able to do so since the beginning of the pandemic. Hence, the idea to enter vaccinated caregivers into a lottery draw to be eligible to win a $500 voucher for travel anywhere around the world on Delta Airlines. To qualify, a caregiver needed to have had one COVID shot. It turned out to be successful. After 4 weeks, we boosted our vaccination rate to 59%! Our next vaccination draw will be held at the end of July 2021. The winner will win a $1000 travel voucher.<\/p>\r\n\r\n
