Not because of the award itself, but because of what it points to: the families we’ve walked alongside, the caregivers who show up every day with skill and heart, and a way of caring for people living with dementia that we’ve spent 27 years developing and refining.\r\n

Where It All Began<\/h4>\r\nOur founder and CEO, Beth Cayce, has been close to dementia since she was 16 years old, when she became a primary caregiver for a family member living with the disease. We then develop a personalized plan that includes mapping a daily flow, respite support, engagement strategies, and hands-on coaching for both families and our caregivers.\r\n
